1) To submit an item to the California Wing Online Calendar, forward all information
to the CAWG Calendar Administrator.
2) All requests must include the following information:
a) Title of event
b) Date(s)
c) Start and end times (if applicable)
d) Project Officer Name and E-Mail address
e) Location (be specific)
f) Cost (if none, specify)
g) Host name (squadron, group, or wing department)
h) Registration instructions
i) Description of event
NOTE: All requests MUST include
all of the above items. It is the
responsibility of the requestor to make sure all items are included in the e-mail in order
for the event to be posted to the calendar.
3) Other items that are useful to be included on the calendar:
a) Squadron, group, or activity web site address
b) Number of attendees allowed
c) Deadlines for registration
4) Original requests will usually be posted to the California Wing
Calendar upon receipt of the e-mail during the next scheduled update cycle.
5) Since this is a Wing Calendar, please limit activities to those
of a statewide or regional interest. Local squadron activities should not be posted to the
calendar to prevent confusion. However, squadron-hosted activities where there is general
interest and where all are invited should be included. (For example, local Level I
Training should be included)
6) Direct all questions and suggestions regarding
the California Wing Calendar to the CAWG Calendar Administrator.
