California Wing's Integrated Leadership Program

 

headwing.gif (3720 bytes) The Integrated Leadership Program is a four-part curricula* designed to give the California Wing cadet a comprehensive cadet education in addition to standard training received at the home squadron and other activities. Though senior members oversee the schools, instruction and administration are, when appropriate, carried out by a staff of cadets, additionally augmenting those cadets' leadership skills. Ideally, the cadet student completes one level of the ILP before moving on to the next higher tier; each segment of the ILP is tailored to meet the needs of different stages in the cadet's development.
