Students: Email CAWGF150 to ncos@cawgcadets.org followed up by mailing a hard copy with all required signatures.  Include a check or money order made out to California Wing, Cadet Programs.  Students may pay by credit card using a CAWG Form 14 payable to Civil Air Patrol.  Students must have a minimum grade of C/A1C and completed Encampment or Basic Cadet School.
